M squared

M squared is an Egyptian real estate developer founded in 2012 and part of Intro Holding, a group with interests spanning oil and gas, financial investment, food and beverage, agriculture and recycling. Headquartered at Golf Central in 6th of October, with offices in New Cairo and Mohandessin, the company reports a land bank of about 1 million sqm and more than 5,500 units across its portfolio, of which over 1,300 have been delivered. Its projects include TRIO and MIST in New Cairo, 31WEST in 6th of October, Masyaf in Ras El Hekma on the North Coast, the 41 Business District commercial project on the Kattameya Ring Road, and the Marmarica Boutique Cabanas hospitality concept.
