TRIO

TRIO is a residential compound by M squared in New Cairo, planned on 35.5 acres about 10 minutes from the American University in Cairo and 5 minutes from the Regional Ring Road. Its signature concept, designed by HECATE International after an international competition, groups three villas per complex, each with its own entrance, hanging gardens and 'flying' pools that overlap across levels for privacy. Unit prototypes include Quattro residences, Trio Large homes, Annex types and Mansions. The compound is connected by broad walking and biking tracks, water features and communal spaces, with a gym, spa and wellness center, and uses engineered solar solutions. Construction is well advanced, with regular progress updates published.
