Arabia Holding, which now trades as Arabia Developments, is an Egyptian real estate group with more than 30 years in the sector. The company reports a land bank exceeding 10 million square metres and projects in New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, 6th of October, New Zayed and the North Coast. Its residential communities include Galleria Residence, Moon Valley 1 and 2 and Elora in New Cairo and Sun Capital in 6th of October, alongside the Bungalows resort on the North Coast. Its commercial portfolio includes Galleria Mall on South 90th Street, Tycoon, Building 48 and Building 217 in New Cairo, and it is also associated with the Fairmont Giza hospitality project. The company is headquartered on North 90th Street, New Cairo.
