Galleria Residence

Galleria Residence, also marketed as Galleria Moon Valley, is a residential community by Arabia Holding in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, located in the South Investors Area within the Golden Square. The developer lists the project at about 72 acres with around 2,000 units. Low-rise buildings of ground plus three floors hold apartments and penthouses, with roughly 18% of the land built up and the rest given to landscaping, pools and water features. Residents have access to swimming pools, a clubhouse, wellness facilities, jogging paths and social spaces, and the project sits near the company's Galleria Mall on South 90th Street.
