Euphoria Group

Euphoria Group is an Egyptian real estate developer founded and chaired by Dr. Gergis Lawendy, a surgeon and healthcare executive who also founded the Al-Karma hospitals group and NCB Urban Development Group. The company develops residential, commercial, administrative and especially medical real estate, and positions itself as a specialist in clinic and hospital developments with marketing services for medical institutions. Its projects are concentrated in New Cairo and the New Administrative Capital, including Queen Land, a residential compound in the Capital's R8 district, the Queen Park mall in R8, medical and commercial buildings in New Cairo, and Queen Valley, a residential compound on South 90th Street in the Fifth Settlement. The chairman is a member of the New Cairo and New Capital developers' association.
