Golden View Developments

Golden View Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer established in 2021, according to the company. It is based in New Cairo, where its earlier work includes a series of residential buildings under the Golden View name (Golden View 1 to 11) and the Golden View Mini Compound, along with commercial, administrative and medical developments. A recurring design signature is its "Golden Terrace" concept, which the company says earned a creativity award in real estate development. Its current projects are in New Cairo's South Academy district: TO-GTHER, a mixed-use, income-focused development with serviced apartments, offices, a retail mall and a hotel, and Golden Hub.
