Capital Hills Developments (CHD)

Capital Hills Developments (CHD) is an Egyptian real estate developer with residential and mixed-use projects in both East and West Cairo. In West Cairo its work includes La Colina, a residential compound in Sheikh Zayed, the Park Yard mixed-use projects at Al-Hossary Square in 6th of October, and Capital Towers on the Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis near Mall of Arabia. In the New Administrative Capital it developed Park Point, a mixed-use tower with commercial, administrative and serviced residential units. In East Cairo, its La Colina East compound in New Cairo extends the La Colina residential brand with a 34-acre gated community.
