AWJ Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer established in 2010, with more than 15 years of activity focused on East Cairo. The company develops residential communities and commercial centres, and states that it has completed more than 50 projects, mainly in New Cairo and Badr City. Its current portfolio includes Rajj, a residential compound on the Mohamed Naguib Axis in the Andalus district of New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, as well as Lunaj and Urban Mall in Badr City. The company's services cover project development, design and construction supervision, and its head office is located on Hassan El Maamoun Street in Nasr City, Cairo.
