Mekky Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer that grew out of a business with more than 40 years of experience in building-materials supply and contracting. According to the company, it entered real estate development in 2016, launching residential and investment (commercial, administrative and medical) projects in established New Cairo neighbourhoods including North Rehab, El Lotus, New Narges, Beit El Watan, El Banafseg, Gardenia Heights and South Suez. Its portfolio includes residential buildings such as F129 and K30 in North Rehab and B75 in Beit El Watan, Vio Mall in El Banafseg, and AMAD Residence, a boutique compound near the Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis. Its office is in Pearl Mall, New Cairo.
