Arabian Mark Developments
Arabian Mark Developments is a young Egyptian developer that entered the market in 2025 with REWAQ Residence, its first residential project, in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. The company is led by chairman Ahmed Gamal El-Din, with Eng. Sherif Abdo as vice chairman and founding partner. Its stated vision is to build communities with a modern Arab identity, reinterpreting Arab architectural heritage through contemporary, human-centred design under the brand line "Made for Living". Following REWAQ Residence, the company has announced EWAN Walk and, through an alliance with New Address Developments, plans for further projects in East and West Cairo.
