Al Borouj Misr Developments

Al Borouj Misr Developments is an Egyptian real estate developer that, according to the company, launched its operations in 2012 as part of Al Borouj Holding. It develops mixed-use, commercial and residential projects, with much of its portfolio concentrated along 90th Street in New Cairo, where its office is based at Top 90 Mall. Its projects include the Future Commercial Center, 6ixty Iconic Tower, 6ixty Three, Sixty Walk One and Two and 3 Points, alongside Heaven Hills resorts on the North Coast and in El Sokhna. More recently it moved into hotel-managed residential living with The Red Residence in New Cairo's Golden Square, designed by architect Raef Fahmy.
