The Red Residence

The Red Residence is a gated residential project by Al Borouj Misr in the Golden Square area of New Cairo's Fifth Settlement. It occupies a plot of about 19,700 square metres (roughly five acres) and, according to published project details, comprises around 320 serviced units spread across 20 low-rise buildings, each with underground parking. The unit mix focuses on studios and one- and two-bedroom apartments. The architecture is by Raef Fahmy, with flowing lines and a warm neutral palette. Residents have access to landscaped outdoor areas, a gym, a spa and beauty salon, and indoor and outdoor pools, while the units are operated under a hotel-style management arrangement.
