Creek View

Creekview is a waterfront-themed community in New Cairo that Mountain View is developing across about 119 acres. The design starts from the water: a creek runs through the project and the layout is arranged so that homes, paths and public spaces all relate to it.

The developer splits the project into three creek-led experiences. One is an elevated, social waterfront with a busier atmosphere. Another is active creekside living, aimed at residents who want to walk, cycle or spend time outdoors every day. The third is a quieter island retreat, where private waterfront enclaves give a more secluded setting. This lets buyers choose the pace of life they want inside one community.

Creekview is also planned around a smart ecosystem, meaning services and day-to-day needs are connected through technology rather than handled separately. Together with the landscaped open space and the creek itself, the aim is a place where daily routines feel calm and unhurried even though the project is in the middle of New Cairo.
