AlJazi Marriott Residences

AlJazi Marriott Residences is a branded residential community in New Cairo developed under a licence agreement with Marriott International, with Marriott-standard services for residents. The site lies near the Ring Road, Mohamed Naguib Axis and 90th Street. Published figures put the wider development at about 62 acres split into two plots, with the first residential phase made up of low-rise buildings of three to four floors containing serviced apartments of roughly 80 to 280 square metres. The master plan pairs the homes with a commercial district, a shopping mall and a hotel. Residents' facilities include pools, a gym and spa, sports courts, landscaped gardens and walking paths. The developer states it is Egypt's first LEED-certified residential project.
