Sodic Villette

Villette is one of SODIC's signature communities in East Cairo. It was master-planned by the American landscape and urban design firm SWA and is built around open space: pocket parks, tree-lined green pathways, dedicated cycling lanes and meditation zones run through the neighbourhoods, and there are swimmable lagoons for calm leisure close to home.

The community offers more than 2,000 homes, from standalone villas to upscale apartments. The apartment neighbourhood, V Residences, offers a modern take on apartment living, with unit sizes from about 212 to 290 square metres. Residents get direct access to Club S, SODIC's sports and wellness club with CrossFit, yoga and fitness facilities, a short walk from the homes.

Location is a strong point. Villette has direct access to Road 90, and SODIC lists travel times of about ten minutes to the American University in Cairo, fifteen minutes to the Cairo–Sokhna Road and twenty-five minutes to Cairo Airport. The same developer's Eastown Residences is five minutes away. For buyers who want a quiet, green setting with a well-known developer behind it, and who are comfortable with larger apartments, Villette is a natural shortlist item.
