Regent's Square

Regent's Square is a residential project by Al Dawlia Boutique Developments in the Golden Square of New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, about 10 minutes from Suez Road according to the developer. It spans 25 acres (106,533 m²) combining residential buildings, hotel apartments and a commercial zone. Landscaping and valleys make up 60% of the site, hardscape 17%, and Victorian-style buildings only 23%. The project comprises 41 residential buildings and two hotel-apartment blocks of ground plus four floors and roof, totalling 858 units: 802 residences and 56 hotel apartments, ranging from one-bedroom studios to two-, three- and four-bedroom apartments and duplexes.
