Lake View Residence 2 is a gated residential community by Lake View Development in New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, close to La Fontaine compound, Al Ahly Sporting Club and North 90th Street, with schools, universities and malls nearby. It follows Lake View Residence as the next phase of the developer's series. The masterplan dedicates a large share of the land to greenery and water features, with jogging and cycling paths running through the community. Homes are apartments and penthouses with landscape views. Facilities include swimming pools and recreational areas, a shopping mall with shops, restaurants and cafes, parking areas and security.
