Cattleya

Cattleya is a gated residential compound by Arabco Developments in the Golden Square area of New Cairo's Fifth Settlement, a few minutes from Mohamed Bin Zayed Axis and North and South 90th Street. The project covers about 8 acres, with the developer stating that roughly 70% of the land is given over to green spaces, walking paths and jogging tracks. The architecture follows a modern European style with touches inspired by Arab design. Units are apartments, with areas starting from around 100 square metres. Facilities include multiple swimming pools, sports courts and a gym, children's play areas, barbecue spots, a commercial center, clinics and a pharmacy, and round-the-clock security.
