Blue Tree

Bluetree is a 50-acre boutique community by SKY AD. Developments in the Golden Square of New Cairo, designed in collaboration with the international architecture firm JZMK Partners. The developer describes it as a minimalist, modern and cosy way of living where residential and commercial areas sit alongside a lot of nature.

The buildings are low-rise, ground plus five floors, and the homes are luxury apartments and duplexes. The plan is built around a central park (the developer's material mentions a connected park of about 10 acres), a clubhouse, cycling tracks and water features, so most of the shared space is green and meant for walking, cycling and family time.

SKY AD. gives clear travel times from the site: about 15 minutes to the American University in Cairo, about 15 minutes to Cairo Airport, about 15 minutes to the New Administrative Capital, about 25 minutes to Downtown Katameya and about 25 minutes to Heliopolis. That makes it a practical base for people who work across several parts of Cairo.
