Midtown East

Midtown East is a villa community by Better Home in New Cairo's Sixth Settlement, near the Mohamed Naguib Axis and within reach of Al Rehab, El Shorouk, the American University in Cairo and 90th Street. The project covers roughly 58 to 60 acres, with only about 20% of the land built up and the rest given over to landscaping, water features and facilities. The product is focused on houses, including townhouses, twin houses and standalone villas, many with private gardens. Planned facilities include swimming pools, sports courts, a gym with sauna and spa, running and cycling tracks, a kids' area, clinics and a pharmacy, and gated security.
